Sealed in-line compression fittings provide long-lasting performance and exceptional reliability in harsh environments. These compression fittings feature a lightweight, low-profile design for applications where space savings and environmental protection are critical. Sealed in-line compression fittings consist of a copper-plated ferrule, a fusible link, and a heat-shrink clear seal sleeve. Grommets provide electrical connections while protecting the environment from fluids such as hydraulic oils, aviation fuels and lubricants and the resulting chemical and galvanic corrosion. Heat shrink tubing also provides stress relief at joints and is suitable for aircraft, aerospace vehicles and similar applications that withstand hurricane-force winds and high humidity conditions.
