Applications
The waterproof solder plug is composed of a colored glass ball, a copper wire square support, a solder ring, a hot melt adhesive ring and a heat shrink sleeve, and is used to seal the ends of stranded wires. It uniquely combines waterproofing, wire clamp retention and sealed solder connections at the ends of stranded wire. The product is designed to reliably seal the ends of wires of different sizes in one device. The product is waterproof, oil-resistant, environmentally friendly and easy to install.
Material
Insulating outer tube: blue transparent heat shrink tube made of modified cross-linked PVDF.
Environmentally friendly soldering ring (including flux).
Conical tower made of square copper wire.
Colored glass beads at the ends.
Hot glue ring.
Operating temperature range
Working temperature: -40℃~125℃.
Shrinkage start temperature: 150℃.
Full shrinkage temperature: 175℃.
Solder begins to dissolve at 138°C.
Solder complete dissolution temperature: 160℃.
