Carbon pipe is a new type of single-wall spiral power cable protection pipe made by special extrusion molding and unique rotational molding technology. It is made of HDPE high density polyethylene as the main material, and modified carbon and other auxiliary materials. Excellent chemical properties, good insulation, stress resistance, good strength and corrosion resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance and long service life.
KEYUACE-HDPE carbon pipe with its unique progressive filamentary physical structure provides pressure resistance and impact resistance far exceeding the technical standard GB/T13381.9, and also has good flexibility and self-healing properties. 1.Choosing the diameter of carbon pipe (threaded carbon pipe, single wall spiral pipe, carbon corrugated pipe, black spiral pipe)
Select according to cable outer diameter, voltage, current and other project conditions.
2. Digging engineering trenches
The trench must be excavated in accordance with applicable department regulations and user requirements. Its width and depth should be determined depending on the number of cables laid. The distance between the tube and the trench is 50 mm, and the distance between the pipe and the tube is 30 mm.
3. Laying
After placing the carbon pipe in the trench, areas with large bends must be sealed with cement to prevent them from becoming tangled or crushed. The connection between two sheathing pipes must be laid with bricks, and the heads of the sheathing pipes must be secured with cement.
4. Connection
If two carbon pipes need to be joined end to end, first screw the joint to the joined end, then screw it to the other joined end, and then wrap with PVC sealing tape or use special KEYUACE carbon pipe joints to make the connection. .
5. Backfill
After laying the carbon pipe as required, simply backfill it with the original soil from the trench and compact the backfill soil.
