Automotive brake cable tube has a three-layer composite structure, consisting of an inner polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) tube, a spiral steel wire and an outer layer of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Through precise manufacturing processes, the inner tube ensures smooth operation and reduced noise, while the outer layer ensures full coverage and a crack-free surface.
Automotive brake cable tube fits brake cables (including parking brake cable extensions) and throttle cables in the engine compartment, providing precise transfer of tension needed for braking and throttle control. With the superior tensile and torsional strength of the spiral steel wire combined with the heat and environmental resistance of the PTFE inner tube, this product fully meets the demanding performance requirements of harsh engine bay environments and long-travel cables.
