Product Description
Polyester polyurethane film is extremely easy to seal using high frequency methods or hot pressing. It is characterized by excellent biocompatibility: the material is non-toxic, does not cause allergies and local irritation, and is also non-pyrogenic, which guarantees its safety of use and suitability for various direct processing scenarios.
The film has outstanding water resistance: even in turbid aquatic environments, no signs of hydrolysis are observed for 1–2 years. At the same time, the polyester series demonstrates even higher resistance to hydrolysis. The polyester series is fully biodegradable in certain aqueous environments at elevated temperatures, making it an excellent environmentally friendly material. For products that require frequent contact with water, it is recommended to use the polyester series.
Thermoplastic polyurethane film is characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures: it can withstand heating up to +120 °C and cooling down to –50 °C. In addition, the material has excellent corrosion resistance, water and vapor permeability, antibacterial properties, as well as resistance to wind, mildew and ultraviolet radiation; Along with many other advantages, these characteristics allow the film to be used to solve problems in a wide variety of applications.
