FEP Teflon heat shrink sleeve is made of polytetrafluoroethylene and propylene (FEP). The product is usually used for:
1. Insulate and protect electronic components, resistors, capacitors and thermocouples in high temperature and oily environments.
2 Mechanical protection of various metal wires, such as insulating, protecting and reinforcing wire ends, wiring and terminals.
1 Rollers and roller coatings in mechanical engineering (e.g. office equipment, papermaking equipment, printing and dyeing equipment, printing presses, etc.)
As well as coating of conveyor belts and conveyor belt rollers (non-stick oil stains).
2 Insulating shells, engine rotor insulation, magma sample preparation in water treatment/oil fields and other industries.
3 can be used to prevent fluorescent lamps from exploding, as shown in the picture below:
1 Non-flammable, non-sticky, environmentally friendly, non-polluting, UV resistant:
Does not burn in air (oxygen index>95VOL%), adhesion of highly viscous liquids to objects is practically absent.
It won't stick.
2 Chemical resistance:
Only the fluorine element and alkali metals react with it at high temperatures, and it reacts with all other concentrated and dilute inorganic organic acids and bases.
Esters have no effect
3 Electricity:
The dielectric constant viscosity at high and low temperatures 60–60 MHz is 2.1. Even if the surface is damaged during diving, there will be no consequences.
Create conductive paths.
4 Volume resistance > 1018 Ωm, surface resistance > 1013 Ω, arc resistance > 165 seconds without leakage
5. Low friction: dynamic friction coefficient 0.2-0.3.
6. High and low temperature resistance: -200--200℃.
7. Shrinkage ratio: 1.7:1, longitudinal shrinkage: ≤8%.
Complies with SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/12.
Final shrinkage temperature: 260℃.
Working temperature: -55℃~200℃.
