The bicycle derailleur cable shell adopts a three-layer composite structure, consisting of an inner polyoxymethylene (POM) tube, 18 longitudinal steel wires and an outer layer of polypropylene (PP). The smooth inner wall provides quiet operation, as well as high strength, wear resistance and flexibility to withstand extreme high and low temperatures. As standard, the product comes with two types of steel wires; The standard specification is EN 10270-2-FDC, and DIN EN 10264-2 is available as an option.
Product Application:
Suitable for a variety of bicycle gear shift systems and brake cables, providing smooth and precise shifting as well as stable and reliable braking.
