3 Thermal capacitors 125°C

    1. 125°C PE flame retardant heat shrink tube

Applications of Fire Retardant Heat Shrink Pipe: Fire Retardant Heat Shrink Pipe is made of cross polyolefin materials and has excellent physical, chemical and electrical properties. 二、 Thermal condenser 135°C

The 135°C thermal capacitors are divided into military grade flame retardant heat shrink tubes and military grade double wall bonded heat shrink tubes. It is commonly used in standard military heat shrink tubing and has the same functional purpose as the 125°C series products, except that the operating temperature is increased from 125°C to 135°C.

三、Thermal condenser 150°C

The materials can be divided into three categories: polyolefin heat shrink tubes, polyvinyl fluoride heat shrink tubes and oil-resistant elastomeric heat shrink tubes.

  1. 150°C Polyolefin Heat Shrink Tubing

（2） Minimum initial shrinkage temperature: 84°C, minimum full shrinkage temperature: ≥120°C.

Product Features:

（1）This is a new type of heat shrink pipe, newly developed, cost effective, but also to achieve high temperature and fire resistance;

（2） It has better flexibility and greater ductility than PVC heat shrink tubing.

2. 150°C Flexible PVC Heat Shrink Tubing

Applications of Flexible Polyvinyl Fluoride Heat Shrink Tubing: These heat shrink tubing are made from special irradiation bonded fluorine polymers and are used for applications in areas requiring high temperature and friction. It has excellent chemical resistance to corrosion and solvents. Protection of cable assemblies from mechanical damage or chemical corrosion is used to refer to the protection of a cable or assembly, insulation and stress release at the joints.

3. 150°C Thermal capacitors on oil-resistant elastomers

Application of Heat Shrink Tubing on Oil Resistant Elastomers at 150°C: Oil Resistant Heat Shrink Tubing is made of modified polymer elastic system and can be used for a long time at high temperatures. It is resistant to diesel fuel, aviation fuel and high temperature liquids. Typically used to protect connectors in military vehicles, high speed trains, marine equipment or commercial cable terminals.

四、Semi-elastic polyethylene heat shrink pipes 175°C

Applications of 175°C Semi-Rigid PVC Heat Shrink Tubing: It has excellent wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and high temperature properties, especially in applications where high temperature is required. It is used to protect the insulation and relieve pressure of welded joints, as well as to identify coating components.

五、Fluorinated Rubber Heat Shrink Tubing 200°C

Features:

（1）The contraction rate of this heat shrink tube is only 1.7:1, which is significantly different from other products;

Use of PTFE Heat Shrink Tubing at 260°C: This heat shrink tube is made of polyfluoroethylene material, commonly known as "Plastic King", with 260°C high temperature, corrosion resistance, high insulation, high mechanical strength and other special characteristics. It is widely used in important technology industries such as electronics, computers, electrothermal, aerospace, military and communications.
