The silicone tube has been made into a finished product and cannot change its hardness, that is, the hardness of vulcanized silicone.

There are the following main methods:
Firstly, if the cost factor is not taken into account, it is also possible to increase the amount of oil added and reduce the amount of carbon used appropriately. If the underlying silicone compound has not yet been produced, the amount of oil added to the formula must be increased. The hardness of the finished silicone tubes that have been made cannot be changed.
Secondly, it depends on the material of the silicone tube product, so it continues to vulcanize until it becomes over-vulcanized, which may also reduce the hardness, but the performance of the product is not guaranteed.
Thirdly, the oven can return its surface product to its original state, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing hardness, but it cannot guarantee that the degree index will be achieved.
Although the above three methods are all about reducing hardness. The first method is good, but the cost is very high and not economical; The second method is that the quality of the product cannot be guaranteed to be very good; The third method is possible, but the degree indicator is difficult to achieve.
The insulated silicone tube has high hardness. Firstly, to check which link is wrong to prevent the problem again; Or is it not very good at the design stage or at the feeding stage? Or is it a faulty design of the molding process that results in a change in the secondary sulfur addition process, or is it the silicone resin mixture?
