Heat treatment of fire-resistant bellows:
Heat treatment is a necessary process if you want the fire retardant bellows to have good elastic properties. Heat treatment of the bellows can eliminate the hardening in the manufacturing process, restore the ductility of the fireproof bellows, and at the same time strengthen the material to obtain elasticity. Heat treatment of the bellows has its own quality requirements both inside and outside. Internal requirements are heat treatment so that the product acquires a certain organizational state, grain size and mechanical properties; external quality is mainly the degree of oxidation of the surface after heat treatment.
The surface treatment of KEYUACE fireproof bellows mainly includes degreasing, weakening the dynamic oxidation of leather and etching and other processes, so that the surface of the fireproof bellows is bright and clean.
Forming process of fireproof bellows:
After the bellows is formed, due to the elastic rebound, the wave spacing and wave shape of the bellows are different from the requirements of the suction device, so it needs to be molded into the desired shape. For fire-resistant bellows made from hardening materials, manual and mechanical forming methods are commonly used. For fire-resistant bellows made from diffusion hardening materials, the bellows is formed by loading it into steel tooling, which ultimately achieves the forming effect.
Stabilization process for fire resistant bellows:
During processing, internal stresses may arise in the bellows, which make the elasticity and geometry of the product unstable. The purpose of stabilization is to eliminate stress and stabilize the elasticity and geometry of the product. The stabilization of KEYUACE bellows consists of a thermal stabilization process and a mechanical stabilization process. As a rule, only thermal stabilization is performed, and mechanical stabilization is performed only if there are special requirements.
