一、Selection of specifications and test methods
Specification Selection: The size of fiberglass casing is measured by the inside diameter of the circular pipe, which must be fully stretched into a circle to measure the inside diameter of the casing. The inside diameter of the fiberglass casing of the selected specification must be greater than the maximum outside diameter of the casing. The designated test instrument for determining the internal diameter is a needle.
Detection method: Detection method in fiberglass casing:
1.Cutting out one end of the sample (fiberglass casing)
2.Grab the sample (fiberglass sleeve) in your left hand and the needle in your right. Align it with the round hole of the part and carefully insert it vertically. Read the value of the mark on the surface of the needle and store the estimate to two decimal places
3.After using the needle, it should be returned to its place and stored properly


Strength testing of fiberglass pipes
Strength level is an experiment that tests the ability of insulation to withstand operating voltage or overvoltage, and also tests the quality of manufacture or maintenance of electrical equipment insulation, requiring the use of a strength tester.
Stress test method for fiberglass pipes:
1.Place test components on insulating pads
2.Connecting measured components to high and low voltage test lines
3.Place the power switch to the "on" position, the voltage and current will be displayed normally
4.Set appropriate values
5.Turn on the switch and the control indicator lights up
6.Slowly turn the voltage control knob counterclockwise until the alarm lights up and record the measured voltage
7.Turn off power
