The silicone tube extrusion process is as follows:
1.Rubber mixing: mixing rubber raw materials into double stick refining machine, add double two four or platinum vulcanizing agent or silicone masterbatch to mix, pressed into layer by layer thickness of uniform silicone material extrusion.
2.Extrusion molding: Install the mold into the silicone extruder head. The purified rubber will be cut into shapes of the same size and length, so that it is convenient to feed the material from the extruder inlet. Then feeding through the silicone extruder, extrusion but very soft silicone hose, silicone hose into the 8-meter drying channel, high temperature vulcanization. The silicone hose coming out of the oven is semi-finished and then used for winding.
3. high temperature vulcanization: the wound silicone hose is placed in the oven, normal silicone 180 degrees, gas phase silicone hose 200 degrees, high temperature for 2 hours, second vulcanization to remove odor on the silicone hose, to prevent frost spraying and yellowing.
4.Post-processing: the rest depending on the length of the customer's needs for cutting or gluing and other post-processing. And then packaged according to customer shipping requirements.
Manufacturing process of silicone tubes for strip molding：
1, cleaning: pure transparent silicone raw material mixing process, add two-component vulcanizing agent and color glue to mix, after the product specification size, knife cuts the same size for high temperature molding molding!
2, molding: cut silicone raw materials into a core shape, direct compression through high temperature solid molding talk to form which silicone strip manufacturers need to pay attention to product quality control, such as uncooked, convex and other phenomena occur.
3, trimming processing: silicone tape using top and bottom molding process, in the mold line of the part will produce burrs, so you need manual trimming, mechanical edges or freezing trimming and other processes for appearance processing.
4, precautions, silicone tube and silicone tape belong to the role of sealing or assembly, and silicone seals are similar, so the performance of the product as well as the tensile force must be strictly controlled.
